Listing Cancellation Policy — Once an account has been registered and a package has been paid for in order to list a property or properties NO REFUNDS are available in any manner or for any reason. The actions taken by the user in creating an account and paying for usage of the account are at the sole responsibility of the user. International Property Directory reserves the right to remove all user listings once the date has been passed of the agreed listing period -- according to the terms of the original listing account created. 14. Advertising Rates — advertising rates are subject to change without notice until paid for. Once payment is made we guarantee to provide the service paid for for the duration stated when the listing package was created. |
