Purchasing property through International Property Developers has the benefit of gaining extra income from our Refer and Earn scheme. There are many locations where we are able to provide you with a substantial cash reward for any sale that proceeds and closes in accordance with our terms and conditions.
How does the Refer and Earn scheme work?
If you refer an associate, colleague, friend or family member to us and they purchase a property from our listed selection of projects you will be able to claim a referral amount earn up to $2,500 USD.
The more people that you successfully refer to us who purchase a property the more revenue you can make. This scheme is not restricted to any profession or person and we welcome Property Brokers, Realtors, Financial Advisers as well as general members of the public.
The projects that fall into this Refer and Earn scheme are all first class projects run by well known developers of note.
How do you start the process of referring and earning?
All you need to do is send us the details of your contacts who you know are interested in purchasing a property within one of our listed developments that are based under our Refer and Earn scheme and we will contact them - be sure to let your contacts know they need to mention your name as the referring partner so we can create a record of the enquiry and ensure you as the referrer are kept up-to-date of the progress of the sale at all times.
How much can you earn?
We'll pay you up to $2,500 USD for every property purchased following one of your successful leads or referrals. |

How quickly will I receive my Refer and Earn reward?
The referral fee will be paid within 14 days of the completed sale. The referral fee will be paid against any completed sale as a result of a documented referral. You will receive your fee in USD by a Bank Transfer within 14 days of the completed sale, provided the commission has been paid to International Property Directory by the Developer, Vendor or Purchaser.
