Why do we not show all prices on this site? Prices shown on many other sites can be very misleading and can be out of date very quickly so we prefer to provide the actual price from developer stock after we have checked the availability from what is usually a wide range of types and locations on offer. This is especially true for the types of projects we feature which are resort or gated community projects. Availability can range from studios through to 4+ bedroom apartments to large villas and condominiums. Each type of property will have a variation on square feet available as well as amenities and location - prices will be reflected according to what is being requested - when making your enquiry please be sure to include the type of accommodation you are seeking.
