“The Architecture establishes a dialogue with the existing building. Minimising the impact, while remaining a contemporary intervention”. Unusually, the choice was to work with what already existed and not to destroy.
Therefore instead of just keeping the main façade, the whole original structure was maintained, reinvented and adapted to the new and demanding requirements of our times.
