Panama real estate

Panama has had stable prices over the last year since falling due to the 2008 financial crisis but yields have remained very stable over the past year, with little sign of impact from the crisis in the US. Luxury property has seen little or no sign of prices dropping and construction remains strong.

Panama is experiencing a real estate recovery as foreign buyers including Americans, Venezuelans, Canadians, Colombians and Europeans show increasing interest in this popular retirement destination.

IPD are able to offer a range of product from golf resorts to beach hideways and city sky scaper towers. We are aligned with developers who have 30+ years of delivery.

There are numerous reasons to view the Panama Property Market as stable and viable - especially now that the second Panama canal is under way for construction which will add greatly to this regions properity.
