The Gulf of Mexico is a privileged location for deep sea fishing
Our resort is washed by the waters of the Gulf of mexico which offer the possibility for deep sea fishing of Couch's sea bream, grouper, tuna, a mexican type of jack fish and ray among others, as well as shrimp and all sorts of shell fish.
Within the resort there will be a Marina with a capacity of 150 slips and a Yacht Club for sea enthusiasts. The club will consist of a clubhouse, restaurant, meeting room, changing rooms, gym, dry marina, etc.

Holes number 1,9 and 18 are located around the Golf Club or around the Clubhouse, which enjoys private parking spaces. We have donated a part of the resort facilites to equip a modern bio-centre aimed to research this native species in danger of extinction. The centre will be in charge of the care and incubation of the turtle and will incorporate a Hawksbill Sea Turtle Museum.
Respect for the native fauna and flora, protection and ecological improvement of the area
The construction of the development has been planned in such a way for it to fit with the natural environment, respecting the natural elements and with special focus on the protection for the ecological improvement of the area. The native fauna and flora have been respected while highlighting some of their most significent aspects. Mangrove swamp areas and low jungle will be maintained and from every inch of the development one will be able to gaze at birds in their natural environment such as herons, amongst many other unique species.
Marina and Town Centre with leisure areas and wide pedestrian paths
The pier is the main centre of the development. This is where the visitors will be able to enjoy a great number of leisure and amusement attractions. It consists of a Marina and a Town Centre with leisure areas and pedestrian paths.
Along the Marina there will be three and four storey residential buildings with commercial units at grade for restaurants, boutiques, supermarkets, etc. Towards the end of the Marina Line, a Yacht Club is to be found together with the Sports Marina with a capacity of 150 slips.

The 18-hole Golf Course is designed by Jack Nicklaus and it enjoys the highest categry: "Nicklaus Signature", The Golf Course overlooks and spreads out through mangrove areas, lakes, residential areas, the marina and the beach. It is developed in harmony with the native vegetation which consists of jungle and mangrove swamp areas. This Golf Course naturally fits with the native biological ecosystem and it preserves the ecological balance and the sustainability of fauna and flora species. The holes are characterized by singular features such as shots over water hazards, greens on small peninsulas, holes along the beach, etc. The Golf Courses consists of a Driving Range, Clubhouse, restaurant, bar, gym, changing rooms and rest rooms.

The resort has 2.6 kilometres of high quality fine white sand beach with an attractive palm tree background. The development is washed by the waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the average temperature of the water never falls below 23 degrees centigrade.
