IPD nor any of its Agents, do not take receipt of any monies or sign contracts with investors when acting in a consultancy manner.

As consultants we operate independently, sourcing property investment and sales opportunities for our clients. We offer a preferred member option for those who are seeking full information about any of the projects we feature. If acting as a consultant we request that all contracts and monies are handled directly with the seller. We always recommend our investors / buyers seek independent legal and financial advice before purchasing a property. IPD can accept no liability for any damages or losses resulting from the purchase of one our listed properties.
