THREE OPTIONS AVAILABLE FOR BUYERS
1. Invest & Live the Luxury
Buyer owns and lives in the apartment.
2. Invest and Earn
Buyer hands over the apartment to Rental Pool Operator to manage it fully on his/her behalf. The buyer will receive a share of the income obtained by the Operator as a result of renting various apartments.
3. Invest, Earn and Holiday
In addition to benefits as per Option-2, the buyer can choose to stay in the apartment (need not be his own, but a similar apartment) for a continuous period of 4 weeks in a calendar year.
Buyer will be advised to choose one of the above options 6 months prior to project completion. Options 2 & 3 will require a min. of 3 year lock-in.
Apartment Owners will be liable to pay both the Maintenance and Service Fees, annually in advance.
The fees indicated are estimates only, and subject to verification and annual audit, and subject to change without notice.
Surplus / deficit, if any, will be debited / credited to the Owner’s account.
(*) Substantial maintenance will be managed by the Master Developer.
Service Fees includes:
Full apartment clean – thrice a week
Laundry and replacement of bed linen and towels – twice a week
Bouquet of television channels
Electricity & Water Usage in the apartment
Management Fee
Insurance of standard household inventory items
Maintenance Fees includes
Public and Common area maintenance (internal & external)
Security Services
Concierge Services
Reserve fund for external maintenance
Municipal taxes (if any)
Administration expenses
Auditors fees
The above lists are indicative only and not exhaustive. All costs normally incurred by the Operator on behalf of the Apartment Owner are recoverable from the Owner.
