The Condo Hotel and Restaurant Segment

All of the rooms and the restaurant will have magnificent views of the ocean and cay. The restaurant and hotel will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and will be available for dinner parties, catering facilities as well as for use as a meeting facility.
Also due to the central location of the restaurant in relation to the hotel rooms, villas and swimming pools, a breakfast buffet and simple luncheon fare can be sustained. Hotel rooms will keep the same English Colonial style theme. Separating the hotel rooms and restaurant will be the entrance and the reception area. People checking in will be awed by the commanding views of the ocean. Room service will provide exceptional customer service to pamper our guests with a selected array of menu choices during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The hotel boutique will be the venue for guests looking for that perfect souvenir or gift for someone special. It will also be stocked with various sundry items. For additional convenience to our guests, we will also provide a shuttle service that will transport the guests across the grounds, to the town’s airports and other activities.

The Condo Villa Segment

When approaching the Villas your first impression will be the simple and clean lines of a villa, though grouped with many others, still seems to be isolated and in complete seclusion. Upon entering the villa, the Caribbean commands your attention through beautiful French doors. Each villa boasts one private bath with Jacuzzi. There will also be a second smaller bath along with additional bedrooms and an elegant and inviting kitchen. The beautiful designer influenced furniture throughout the villa will beckon you to relax and contemplate what will be for dinner at the bar/grill that crowns the cay.
There are multiple reasons for one to acquire one of these beautiful villas. It is a great retreat for a vacation and when the owner is not residing at the villa, it could be used as a rental property. Thus paying for the mortgage and creating an amazing offshore investment in a safe country. The management will take care of the rentals of the villas as well as the upkeep of them on a set fee structure.

The Villas

A total of 51, 1 and 2 storey Villas. Each villa to contain 2-3 separate titled units, The villas will have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, den, living room, kitchen, dining room, porch, terraces and storage.
The Villas will be sold as fractional or full ownership condominiums breaking. The Villas will be rented as vacation homes with hotel services, by the management company.

The Hotel

A 40 suite hotel with a clubhouse/restaurant and other related amenities, including limitation: swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis Courts, a bar grill, sundry shop and pro/ dive shop, beach huts .
The hotel will be constructed with an open air feel looking across the aqua waters of The Bahamas and in close proximity to the beach, so that all guests and diners can enjoy the views, sounds and breezes of Eleuthera.
